Sabu passed away this weekend at the age of 60. He was a true innovator and a legend in the game

As a kid growing up in the 90s, born in 1986, I was a huge wrestling fan and saw everything I could get on TV including some ECW. With that came seeing some innovative wrestling I was not getting from WWF and WCW, and most of that was coming from Sabu.

Sabu was nicknamed “The Suicidal, Homicidal, Genocidal, Death–Defying Maniac,” and with good reason. He put his body on the line each and every match. One of my all-time favorites.

Enjoy some of these matches as we honor and remember one of the all-time greats.
