Elon Musk appears on stage with Dave Chappelle to a lot of cheers and boos
It's crazy how free speech champions are booed by so-called free speech champions.
First off, this is not a political blog.
We don’t do politics on here, but we do love free speech. I studied journalism in college and understand the importance of free speech to the overall health of the United States.
That’s why it boggles my mind to see how many people truly hate Twitter CEO Elon Musk. What has he done besides try to expose corruption and allow freedom of speech regardless of political affiliation?
I’ve been on Twitter since 2009. Nothing has changed on the platform, and the fearmongering happening across the media and from celebrities is asinine.
There was a time where an exchange of ideas, regardless of how offensive those ideas might have been, would be welcomed. Unfortunately that’s been thrown away by some in the name of wokeism.

It’s the reason so many hate Dave Chappelle when so many in that same crowd probably agree with 99% of his worldview. Everything unfortunately is about politics with the woke.
Joe Rogan, Dave Chappelle, and Elon Musk are three successful dudes who the woke mob have tired to cancel on multiple occasions, but have failed. The reason being is because they’re champions of free speech, and don’t bow to those geeks.
If you’re not in 100% compliance with whatever ideology the woke holds at the given moment, it will be viewed as problematic. They have to have a reason to be angry and complain.
I choose to be angry about sports. I have a lot to be angry about. My Rams have the worst winning percentage of any team after winning the Super Bowl the previous season. My Dodgers continue to do amazing in the regular season, but can’t make it our of the NLDS. And the Lakers are well…the Lakers.
What a mess!
The woke can continue to reach and find things to continue their fake outrage. I’m going to continue to enjoy sports, enjoy good comedy, and not be scared off social media platforms because the CEO might have opposing viewpoints than my own.
