The Lakers' front office has wasted multiple years of having LeBron James and Anthony Davis on the same team. A change is needed.

I foolishly placed a money line bet on the Lakers to win on Christmas, and during that first half I thought it was smooth sailing. Lakers were up 54-43 on the Mavs, Lebron was looking like he was in his 20’s and the Mavs were being outplayed in every aspect of the game.
Then came the thrid quarter, and the Lakers were exposed for what they really are…Lebron James, a hurt prone Anthony Davis, and 10 other guys filling up roster spots. If LeBron or AD aren’t on the floor, the team doesn’t stand a chance. Of our starting five, only Lebron scored in double digets.
What this comes down to is that Jeanie Buss can’t do her job. She’s in over her head. Since half-way through 2017 when she fired her brother Jim and GM Mitch Kupchak, the team won the 2020 bubble NBA Finals and haven’t dome mcuh else.
This is with what many, not myself, think of as one of the top two players in NBA history. Lebron is not top two of all time, but he is top five and to see this Lakers front office blow this opportunity to become a winning franchise again with this pathetic team is tragic.
The Lakers, under Jerry Buss, were once the elite franchise, not just the NBA, but in all of sports. And that is clearly not the case anymore.
Please Jeanie, fire Pelinka and start over. Or better yet sell the team. You’re not you’re dad, and never will be. I’m a Laker fan. Always will be. But these last 12 years have been awful, and alot of the blame is on you.
